Many people would be surprised to know that Cricket Shima spent her career as the Captain of a Wisconsin State Men’s Correctional Facility.  This dedicated mother to Kristina Gissy and mother in law to Joseph Gissy is the most down to earth, compassionate and friendly person you could meet.  Retirement couldn’t keep Cricket away from wanting to help out and serve her community in other ways so she joined up Joseph here at Capital Management Services and has been his direct executive assistant since 2014.
